I played the 14 mean solar day trial towards the cease of last year but never felt compelled enough to buy the game and sub. I wouldn't mind taking a second look at the game, and I would much rather jump back in with the toons I created rather than starting again from scratch.

I played the fourteen twenty-four hour period trial towards the end of last year but never felt compelled plenty to purchase the game and sub. I wouldn't mind taking a second await at the game, and I would much rather leap dorsum in with the toons I created rather than starting again from scratch.
Non all accounts get revived. Accounts that have been inactive for 90 days are deleted for good.
Just to clear upwards whatsoever confusion, I can ostend previously created TRIAL ACCOUNTS are indeed eligible to resume play. The following information was taken straight from an official Final Fantasy Xiv support page:
"We are pleased to denote that the xiv-day limitation on the Free Trial has been removed and the adventure can proceed for as long as you want! Additionally, users who participated in the Gratuitous Trial but never upgraded to the total game will exist able to continue where they left off with their account.
***Please note that we will be removing the limitations on existing Complimentary Trial accounts sequentially later on the maintenance has completed. If you lot are unable to log in right away, nosotros ask that you look a bit and endeavour again at a later time.

In other words, if y'all can't immediately log in on your onetime trial business relationship, requite information technology some more than time. Once the maintenance stage and "limitation removals" are complete, all eligible account owners will be able to log in and choice correct up where they left off. :)

Not all accounts become revived. Accounts that have been inactive for ninety days are deleted for practiced.
I've read nothing related to what you're saying equally it relates to the trial. Perhaps this is true of "retail" accounts which immune a lapse in service for a period greater than 90 days. I'm pretty sure this does not apply to TRIAL accounts.
Just remember almost it. I couldn't imagine a scenario where Square-Enix would actively invite trial account holders back to their game only for the client(s) to observe their accounts have been.... permanently deleted? That would make no sense.

Nope, by paying sub you removed trial from your account and activated permament total version of FF Fourteen it is cipher new even before time limit removal when y'all were paying for sub all your remaining trial days were immediatly removed. And all of this is completely logical tin can't imagine getting trial business relationship when you will already outlevel the story.
EDIT: Simply like person under me, not even past paying sub because first yous demand to purchase full game afterwards all.

If I had to guess, I would say no, considering you lot purchased a retail copy of the game. You're no longer considered a trial account holder.

Many people starts calling it F2P and then gets dissapointed, information technology is not F2P.
Basically the only affair yous can do is level your classes to 35 and do quest to this cap.
Yous are unable to mass chat, unable to access market lath, unable to merchandise, unable to join FC (Guilds) and many other things. Most of these things are against the bots which doesn't alter the fact the trial is only for trying the game, information technology is not even close to F2P or not even shut to such things like Tibia Facc.
Complimentary Trial business relationship characters will take their level capped at level xxx-5 (35).
Complimentary Trial account characters will have a capped amount of in game currency (GIL) that may be obtained.
Users will not be able to utilise "shout", "yell" or "tell" in-game chat options during the Costless Trial.
Users volition non accept access to the in-game market place board during the Free Trial.
Users will not be able to trade items with other players during the Complimentary Trial.
Users will not be able to employ the Mogletter service during the Complimentary Trial.
Users will not exist able to hire a servant grapheme during the Costless Trial.
Users will be able to join a Linkshell if invited, simply cannot create a new Linkshell during the Free Trial.
Users will not be able to create or join a Free Company during the Free Trial.
Users volition be able to join a party if invited or past using the Duty Finder, but cannot assemble a party during the Free Trial.
Users will non be able to login to the Lodestone and or any other game forum during the Free Trial.
Users will not be able to progress past Floor 10 in the Deep Dungeon during the Costless Trial.

Just a quick update to this thread - I received a "Keep Your Journey " e-postal service from Square-Enix earlier today. My trial account ended months agone, and it was not deleted due to inactivity.
I tin resume play with my previously created toon and accept him to Level 35, for free. Anyone in a similar situation can do the same.
